Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to notify me within this time frame will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
If you fail to cancel or no-show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. In addition, all future appointments will require a 100% deposit.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Please be aware that I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled. I will make every effort to reschedule in a timely manner. However, if I do not hear from you, it will be considered a "No-Show" and treated as a missed appointment.
